Shuhei Matsumoto started his career in HR as a headhunter at a major British recruitment firm specializing in the consumer industry. Later, he moved on to a big 5 executive search firm to conduct search and advisory at the management level of his clients.

In 2018, he founded Zenith Partners International K.K.
